Implementation of analysis and computer simulations

For checking the existing and constructing new products in the development department, we use several software tools.

For checking the standard machine elements, we use the MDesign software package enabling us to check bolting assemblies and shaft and hub joints (shrink fit …)

For checking any construction, we use the Ansys software package enabling us to check the strenght of axle boxes, while aerodinamic and thermal properties of brake discs are checked by CFD tools (Ansys and Fluent), and the strength of discs is checked by Ansys mechanical tools.
