The new product manufacturing process begins with the determination of the 2D-3D technological machining process.
Depending on the technological process and machine geometry, a device for positioning and holding work pieces in the machining area with special-purpose tools is constructed. SOLIDWORKS software package, which enables the 3D modelling and drawing up the technical documentation, is used.
After completion of construction and technical documentation, the phase of the production of clamping devices and tools is followed.
After completing the preparation and tools, the work piece is machined on the CNC machining center. To develop the program, we use MASTERCAM software package and CIMCO program editor, which both enable us to write the program and simulate the machining.
The final phase is manufacture of first pieces of a new item on machining centers.
